Mint Shake

-1 serving of your favorite protein powder

-1 small frozen banana

-10 fresh mint leaves, or substitute 1⁄4 teaspoon pure peppermint extract

-1 cup of your favorite nut milk

Berry Muffins

1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 scoops protein powder
1/4 cup sweetener (your choice: honey, stevia, or sugar)
2 tsp baking power
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
 1/2 cup apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup berries of choice

Mix all ingredients together.  Stir in fruit by hand at the very end.  

Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes

Makes 6-8 muffins
156 calories | 7 carbs | 9 protein | 8 fat | 6 fiber * per muffin

**I have used frozen berries.  Plan on cooking a bit longer if you choose that route.  They are very filling and delicious, enjoy! 🙂
